Refunds are always disappointing. Especially with the hard work put into these flags. However, if you'd like a refund - we'll provide it. So long as the product is somehow distorted or not as advertised.
Yes and no. You may choose which you prefer. We offer single sided custom flags for $64.99 and double sided custom flags for $77.99.
